These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all competitions run by Padel Prizes Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By entering any competition, you (“the entrant”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Padel Prizes Ltd, their family members, or anyone connected with the running of the competitions are excluded.
2. Entry

To enter, participants must:

Select a prize bundle.

Answer the trivia question correctly.

Complete checkout and pay the entry fee.

Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the prize draw.

Each entry is counted separately; multiple entries are allowed.
3. Prizes

Prizes are exactly as described in each competition listing.

No cash alternatives are available.

All prizes are delivered free of charge to the winner’s UK address.
4. Winner Selection

Winners are chosen at random from the pool of correct entries using a secure random number generator.

The draw takes place once the countdown timer ends.

The decision is final and binding.
5. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw closing.

Results will also be published on our website and social media channels.

If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
6. Fair Play

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Liability

Padel Prizes Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors, payment failures, or internet issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in our competitions.
8. Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
